Brendan and Paul have between them 12 years' experience as employment and business consultants.

They also have a lifetime of involvement with football clubs such as the Sydney Swans, Carlton, Central Districts, Lavington Panthers, Queanbeyan Tigers, Barellan, Redan, Thurgoona, Kalkee, and Mangoplah Cookardinia United Eastlakes.

Their involvement with these clubs has been either as a President, Player, Senior Coach, Junior Coach, Trainer, Greenkeeper, Treasurer and Volunteer.

The concept for the Aussie Rules Recruiting website stemmed from Brendan and Paul's passion for Aussie Rules Football and the a united vision to provide footy clubs and players at all levels – both in Australia and overseas - with the opportunity to network, communicate, and negotiate with each other more effectively.

The Aussie Rules Recruiting administrative facilities are based in Albury-Wodonga on the NSW-Victorian border, and we use the latest technologies to liaise with players, coaches, club officials and employers Australia wide.
